identification of DC Land

hello Lawyers India forum,

kindly guide me how to identify a DC Land /Govt Waste land(Poramboke)?

I got Encumberence certificate of the property and it is not showing any details regarding the DC/poramboke land status.

You can identify it by inspection of revenue record of the concerned property.
