Indian Judicial system is better than western !

Is our judicial system not better than western countries ?
Newly aaapointed US Supreme court judge Kagan's experienes has been questioned. Following is news from Los Angeles Times:

"Elena Kagan, President Obama's choice as the nation's next Supreme Court justice, has never been a judge and until recently had never argued a case in court. Ever since her nomination was announced this week, Republicans and Democrats have been debating whether that matters.

Kagan, 50, has spent most of her career as a law professor, Clinton White House lawyer and dean of Harvard Law School. Her courtroom experience consists of the six cases she has argued in the last 14 months as solicitor general, the government's top lawyer before the high court."

No system remains batter in absence of continue watch, redresal and trial in subsequent order.

It is very necessary to make a system of accountability and assured punishment for every misconduct of public servants including all whosoever the Cabinet Secretary, the Chief Secretaries in states or the Chief Justice of India.

Servant should ever be accountable and should have fear of punishment of every misconduct.

WHEREVER IT IS IN INDIA, IN AMERICA OR ANYWHERE

Justice S.M. Sikri was directly appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court in 1964 and went on to become the Chief Justice.

A judge from the dawn of its origin must be a person who has the dexterity to determine the truth of a problem and make a resolution and award the justice for the same

There are many in the course of history directly appointed to supreme courts like antonio sotalia ,sandra day su connor ,SM Sikri ect.................

Accdording to me no matters if an able person whether he be a coolie porter who have the talent to perform his duty in accordance to the procedures and customs and there is no wrong in the decesion of Barack Obama..........................................

And surely this very simple incident or instance of a mere appointment could be considered as the gauge to measure the credibility of any judicial systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
