Need your help on some guidelines related to Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society Act and Bye Laws. My question as below;
Can Society Commitee levied interest on any Adhoc Charges under Monthly Maintainance bill as per Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society Act or Bye Laws?
A water tanker charges levied twice along with monthly maintainance bill in a span of 3 month and if member is refuse to pay the same charges an interest on said water tanker charges along with principal amount is levied in next month bill. Is this void under MCHS Act?
