Dear experts,
My wife has filed for divorce u/s HMA 24. In her divorce petition it is mentioned about interim maintenance for her & our 4 months old son. She also prayed for rent for for her accomodation U/S HMA 24 & domestic voilance act in her mail divorce petition
But in her seperate appliation of Interim maintncnce. there is no pray for accomodation.
please clarify me , whethere this pray for accomodation will be reated as interim or not?
