Is it a question paper to this forum members?

What are the facts? What is context?

And all the more, what is invisible grill?

Even in court lawyers deals with relevant facts and relevant facts only, not an imaginary and hypothewtical issue.

What do you intend to communicate is vague and confusing.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts of the case, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

I have installed invisiable grill in my balcony in my flat in Mumbai , now society commitee have objected and asked me to remove because it is not as per fire norms of BMC/CFO . I want to know whether installing invisiable grill is legal or not , and if it's legal then please inform me under which section of BMC/CFO rules

You can pose this question to the Society Committee as well; they are better placed to provide the answer/information.

Told them to specify and disclose the provision of BMC/CFO rules, without verify the proper provision don't remove it..

Are u owner or tenant? If tenant - No. If owner of apartment - Yes you can. Don't need any permission as long as you don't alter any RCC structure like columns & beams.
