Is 340 perjury eligible

in Affidavit she admits :  Marriage soleminized as per hindu tradition
Cross examination she admit that : she is christian by religion

in affidavit she admits : Hindu joint family property

in cross examination she admits : Self acquired property of his father
in income affidavit  she admits her income 12,500

in cross examination she admits 30,000 pm

contradictory statement to public servants :

DGP 25.7.2018 commit rape on pretext of marriage

JMIC 20.03.2019 marriage perform on nov 2015 as per hindu rights and traditions

In the situation described, if the person intentionally gave false statements under oath or affirmation in court or to a public servant, they could potentially be charged with perjury.
