we are running a company naed RAFEEC TECH,Doing software related services.One of our contract employee relieved the job and given no dues letter.after he make a complaint to labour commisionar against us stated that last month salary and O.T
are bending.we showed that no dues letter to that commisionar.But he is saying there is no witness signature.what we have to do?
