Is there any law which allow to keep goats in a flat of housing society for couple of days during Bakra Eid? With understanding of maintaining hygien and no slaughtering in premises.
Earlier in AGM of society the voting was taken and majority of members(present in meeting) voted in favour of keeping the goat. Now the members who were not present in meeting have gathered group and filled a request to call SGM to do the voting again so they can revoke the earlier decision.Is this correct?

No legal issue is involved in the facts vis-a-vis query.
it is internal decision of members, however, never heard of maintainting animals in a flat.

When the association allowed keeping of goat inside the flat there was no objection hence the resolution was passed accordingly.
The non present members cannot object to this at this stage especially when they did not utilize the opportunity.
The society should not entertain this notice calling for a meeting again to discuss the issue for any reason other than violation of existing law in this connection

Hello Sir, Thank you very much for your response. Actually the request to keep goat inside flat for couple of days is made for Bakra Eid festival as it should not cause any inconvenience to other members of soceity. Is there any law which allows it, or it is completely based on the decision of majority members.
