Land sold mentions somewhere else on registry but khasra shows somewhere else.

I bought a land in 2014 where boundary clearly mentioned it is on road of canal. I got daakhil khaarij done in 2017 & now it is mentioned in khatauni in the said khasra111/2. Other person sold this land in khasra 111M in 2017 stating that it belonged to him & the seller who sold it to me is now saying that my land is somewhere else i.e. behind this land. My seller is also the witness in 2nd sale by other person. When i approached police in 2022 after realizing that someone is making construction at my property, my seller filed a case against me stating that i never paid him the amount in order to avoid criminal proceedings against him. The honorable court has dismissed this case asking him to file his evidences but he is dragging the case. Police is not writing an FIR sighting that a civil suit is in progress on the said land deal. I approached local TV media & this seller has now also filed as defamation suit to threaten me. Other victims are succumbing to his pressure & selling him back his land at original price even after 10 yrs. The registry amount is lesser than the actual paid amount. Is there any legal provision or verdict of any court, which says that if i loose the land, he should compensate me as per land acquisition act & should pay as per govt. acquisition procedure i.e. 4 times the present circle rate. The tehsil & patwari is showing the amended map now showing his land not as per the registry but behind the original sold land. At the time of registry, this was not the case & there was nothing such mentioned. The other party which bought the whole land is very powerful trust & therefore no body is ready to help. A legal guidance will be much appreciated to follow hence forth.

You cannot get compensation as per land acquisition rules. You can file a suit for declaration to declare the title to the property sold to you with possession. This may be of some use to you. You didn't confirm the existence of property as per document and not protected the purchased property by putting fence hence now you are under trouble

I forgot to mention that the possession was given & boundary wall was made on the plot. This boundary wall was flattened by the second buyer. All report to the police made stating that boundary wall is being damaged. I need to know that is there any such verdict to compensate as per land acquisition rules in case you loose land due to fraud by seller. If i remember correctly some high court passed this verdict but don't know which one.

This is not a land acquisition made by the neighbor, it is a case of land grabbing, an offence hence you can approach crimninal court with a criminal complaint or civil court with suit for retrieving your property with possession. If you have come across any such judgment as contended by you, better share the judgment with your own interpretation about the judgment made thereion.
