Lawyer Seeking Expert Opinion/Advise

Dear Sirs,

Can any one help me on the Topic:

"Liability of Insurer towards the Third Party,  under the M.V.Act & to be more specific in an application u/s 166 of the Act, of a Vehicle when the insured vehicle comes in direct or indirect contact with a Live service Wire(Electric) that falls of a pedestrian causing in his death. Can any one find out some decided cases/Citations on the aspect".

I believe that some live wire gave jerk to the car and killed a pedestarian. Insurance policy  lawyer may try to avoide liability by saying that car is not cause of accident and it is ordinary tort case against electric company and Fatal Accidents Act.
