We, as a company, are willing to enter leave and license Agreement with various franchisees and brand owners in AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. Please suggest:-
- how the execution of leave and license agreement would be beneficial over lease deed?
-What should be the term of the agreement to get the most benefit of Stamp Duty?
-Can we include the Arbitration clause?
-Do we have any local governing act like Maharashtra rent control act in Maharashtra?
-Are we required to register it?
-Any other related infformation shall be appreciated
