Legal Advice Needed on Disclosing Company Communications to NHRC

Hello,

I am currently under pressure from my employer to resign voluntarily. I have email and Teams chat communications with HR and my manager that I believe are relevant to my case. I am considering lodging a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and would like to use these communications as evidence.

My questions are
1. Can I legally disclose these company communications to the NHRC?
2. Are there any potential legal repercussions for sharing these emails and chats?
3. Do I need to obtain permission from my employer before submitting these documents as evidence?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

Thank you

You can very well share them with the authorities as they support your case.

I would suggest you to approach legal expert to take up your issue further.
