If a legal notice is received then the recipient should give a reply notice denying the allegations

If legal notice is delivered on wrong address or sent yo wrong person then it will  be considered proper invalid notice and no need to reply such notice.

It can be returned if the notice is addressed to a wrong person.

What are the consequences of non reply of legal notice?
which law rulesit??

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     20 November 2024

The issue is that by not replying the legal notice, it will be deemed that the recepient has admitted the allegations leveled therein.

if the recipient has admitted allegations what is the next course of action ?pls suggest

You can wait and watch the further actions taken by the sender of the notice, we cannot predict what is going in the minds of sender
