Loan Agreement

Dear All,

Pls can anybody provide me with a draft loan agreement to be entered into with the group companies for providing loans to the group companies as and when required. Kindly note that ours is a group of private limited companies.

Would any body let me know pls,during the pendecy of Immovable Property pledged to Bank & availed Loan Amount which were not clear on pendency period, the vendor enters in to an agreement with other person having agreed upon the tems & condition of alienating the property by paying monthly EMI till its loan closure ,such MOU is valid?

Such an MOU is valid and tenable. But when you say pendency, what does that mean. Pendency in Court or pendency in fulfiling the contract.
