Maid servant who has been working for my family for the last 10 years is asking for a loan of around Rs 3 lakhs. for buying and consytuctinga house. On what ground we can give this and with what legal documents. She doesnt have any other movable or immovable property.

very simple get pro note, its valid for 3 years only, its fully valid as law of eye.

What shud be the value of stamp on promisary note and what kind of stamp is that. Can we have 2 or 3 different pro notes for the same.
