Sir,
i am planning to lease our land for industrial purpose.
If it is long lease what kind of precautions we should look into before entering the agreement.
Once the lease is over, since I am giving only land ,shall i ask the lessee to remove the structure and give the land back as it was given to them.
Please advise.
