The best is to inquire at local courts complex for a local senior very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity having experience, having successfully handled, having specializing in such/succession/civil matters.

I understand. But, we do not live there. That's the problem. The advocate we have contacted is so unprofessional, doesn't keep words, doesn't accept or reply to phone calls, and not internet friendly too! So irritating... :(

There are enough threads at LCI also by unsuspecting querists that have been allured and fleeced at online portals...............

Nothing is as good  as spending quality time at local station and inquiring on your own.

Once you have found a counsel as already suggested, appear on dates, and keep close track of your case.
