Are there any maintenance 125 CrPc revision (reduction) related judgements in the past few years.The court has ordered to pay exorbant amount that is beyond the capability of the respondent (husband) Ironically by going through old posts we may conclude that maintenance is not being denied at all, no matter what the law says (1/3 income of husband)
Some facts about this case:
1.No children
2. Wife has studied PG, healthy & sitiing idle.
3. Wife owns many properties on her name (worth crores of rupees) This was proved by husband.
4. Wife hasn't been able to prove single allegation against the husband.
Pls guide me to any posts if there are any recent judgments about the reduction.
