The eForm CHG-4 is required to be filed pursuant to Section 82(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8(1) of Companies(Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014.
The Company or Charger holder (Bank/Financial Institution) both can file Form CHG 4 to ROC for satisfaction of Charge.

V3 version is online mode. While company does it's part, and submit, how it will flow to Bank and CA to sign digitally on CHG4.
