hello all,
recently i heared it from my friend that a person can enroll himself to be member or associate in human rights commission / association.... is it true. This may be useful in many way like to help others etc.,
pls let me know whether it is right

No.The humanrights commission is not in the habit of enrolling members or subscripttions.
