Memorandum of facts- to be notarized or not?

Dear Learned,

Plz rectify me, now that all the applications shall be accompanied by either an affidavit or memorandum of facts, IN case of absence of the ;party an advocate can file the memorandum of facts. I am confused, whether the Notary has to be done for memorandum of facts?? Affidavit yes, but for meorandum of facts signed by only the Advocate?? Doesit  have to be signed by Notary??

( I am confused because I saw a memorandum of facts, just like an affidavit and signed by Notary. Is it compulsory to be signed by Notary?)

plz and plz correct me byu clearing my doubt. Thank you :-)

Memorandum of Facts need not be notarized as the memo is not filed under oath. Only an Affidavit made on oath needs to be notarized or executed by a duly appointed oath commissioner.
