get the details of her work + salary through RTI.
if u DO NOT want to delay the main case, DO NOT file perjury right now.
perjury can be filed any time before the final judgement.

RTI, get documents such as pay slip etc.
Then there is ghoda hai maidaan he.
I dont think you cannot file a case for withholdeing information.
The judge would be least bothered being she a woman in issuing any penalty.
Others might help.
