Mobile towers

I have purchased a ready posession flat from builder. The flat is at top floor and on the terrace there are mobile towers placed of a phone company. The flat is in Pune and just opposite the flat there is a government hospital which would be starting soon. I have heard that mobile towers may be health hazard. If it is so, what are the laws in maharastra for such towers in residential area where there are also hospitals and schools near by? Is there a way to get these towers removed from the terrace of the building?

You can make a complaint to the Concerned Authority such Municipal Corporation and ask to them to take appropriate action.
