Dear Members,
My aunt went for shopping on 31st October, 2021. The shopkeeper has debited the amount twice. My aunty is following up with the said topic for last three weeks but money has not been returned.
What is the legal way available to her to recover the money?

if u have got your card swiped twice for the same transaction and one of them was a transaction failure than your amount would be reverted automatically in few days. If still not credited within a week, you may call your bank toll free number or visit your home branch. Speaking from personal experience.
