This is bring to kind notice that my father accidently death on 10.11.2020. in court accident the vehicle person how many year punishable the act of motor vehicles act.Plz suggest the case.

Whether the accused has been charged under sections 279/337/338 and 304A IPC or any other ?
Punishment shall differ as proved by prosecution.

It is the job of police to prosecute the case as per law.
If convicted, the accused will be sentenced to undergo the sentence as per criminal law under IPC and not under Motor vehicles act.
You can claim compensation under MV Act, of course that is a separate case.
