Multiple registration of property due to lack of knowledge

Hi sir/madam, We have acquired property from our ancestors through partition deed. They have sold earlier the land without our knowledge by mentioning our names. And once we acquired we have sold the ll and not knowing this. After 42 years the second time buyer sent court notices , out of 7 parties involved 3 are deceased. They are treating by filing cheating case multiple times. How to proceed with this .
