I had purchased a lehenga for 6000/- last month. I only had a purchase receipt of the same. I had given my lehehga for drycleaning to a local drycleaner. The laundry guy has washed it before drycleaning, which result in damage of my dress. He is not accepting his mistake of spoiling my clothes, when i had ask him for refund, he is not ready for that also.
Is there anything i can do for my consumer rights.

A fit case for consumer court. The consumer courts are instituted for such cases only.

You may file complaint before Consumer Commission for his deficiency of services and claim cost of lahnga and compensation towards mental and physical agony caused to you.
