I have posted the SPEED POST at the Indian Post Office at Nellore Stone Housepet on 23 -10 -2019 for shipping a new mobile phone worth Rs 16,000 to Calcutta. A Speed Post was received at Tiripati TMO on 25 - 10-2019 but there was no information after that. Inquiry into the post office, they said that the Speed Post was a miss. Speed Post charges I paid 163. the post office athorty told me only 163 rupees refund under compensation. I almost lost a new mobile phone for Rs 16,000. I want to give legal advice so that justice can be done to me.
