my neighbours collecting garbage for composting in front of my house gate and side of the main road on his property due to this mosquitos and fly borne disease spreading over the village, i told many time to that neighbour to not to collect garbage in front of my gate and on the main road but he is not listening so how can I stop this legally to save my family and other villagers from bad odour and related disease.
