My son name has to change in birth certificate

Dear sir / Mam,

I have an doubt to change my son name in birthc certifiacte.My son 2.5years old,Intially i given name in birthcaertificate.Now i decide to change my son name.what are procedure to change my son name.please give me answer.

You need to issue Gazatte notification through Government Press.
