not yet, delhi hc gave a very interesting judgement 2 yrs back anand vs anand case, marriage annuled on basis of concealment of  possesion of a flat by father of groom at time of marriage and court observed voluntary supression , misrepresentation of any fact which may lead other party not to give consent to marriage is a material fact enuf for annulment on basis of fraud..

Total disability and partial disability are two defferent things and no citations will help since it is defficult to establsih degree of disability and courts and law in general is gender biased. You can not help this.

Go through the past threads on this site in this matter and some friends have suggested detailed counter action is such matters.

Only properly calculated offense is solution in such cases.
