Issue notice u/s 80 of CPC to Deputy Commissioner of Dist., who is the representative of the Dist., and Deputy Director of Public Instructions to make necessary corrections in the concerned document.  After waiting for 60 days  you will have to file a suit for mandatory injunction.  Consult your lawyer he will explaing about the  notice and limitation to file a suit.
