I purchased a flat and My name is appeared on Index II. now after 3 years I have changed my last name, which is completely different from previous one. I have a gazatte copy of my changed name. Now we are in process of forming a co-operative housing society and Share Certificate is being printed. I have subbmitted a gazatte copy to society. What should be a name on my Share certificate ? i mean my old name of New name?
what are the formalities i need to complete in order to print my new name on share certificate?
