Need help.

Hi All,

Please help with my query.

If a police from some other state say uttrakhand comes to take some legal action in UP.

  1. As per law, is it mandatory to other state police to inform local police regarding the same?
  2. As per law, is it mandatory to local police to do an entry in station house diary?

Normally if police come with wrong intension, they do not inform to local police or they do inform to local police but local police don’t make an entry in station house diary.

If answer of question 1 and 2 is yes, is it possible that legal action can be taken against the police because if other state police didn’t inform to local police then it is clear that their intension was wrong.

Yes you can take the legal action against them but it requires proof.
