need quick advise

brothers,

i have taken a case for offence punishable u/s 307 of IPC, it came to me after anticipatory bail was rejected by sessions court, i filed 438 before high court, now the high court again rejected it, now do i have any options without surrendering him, some seniors tell i can file anticipatory bail petition again in case i change my grounds, some say i can't  .............pls advise me, if possible through  citations ...........kindly help, the accused is still absconding, any options without surrendering him,     thanks in advance...............

The seniors' advice is correct. Additionally, you may also note the victim(s) position and if they are out of danger or the like, you may strengthen the second A.B. petition with that fact also.
