After PAAA agreement done between Developer and member of soceity ,If member of soceity desire to sell the flat to third party, He need to get NOC from developer .?In PAAA agreement this clause is written clearly .that prior NOC should get from developer and soceity.
Need clarification please.

It is not a irrelevant or non maintainable clause.
It's an agreement condition that was agreed by all before signing the PAAA, hence there's no infirmity in it.
