Hi All
My name is BIswajit I was working in Xcel serv solutions private ltd, on 20of november as per the mutual discussion with my reporting supervisor Ravi who forced me to resign stating that I would be getting my full and final salary checque on 7 th of december, i had mentioned the same on my resignation letter, but when my supervisor has forwarded the request to higher authority, they have overrite my resignation and said i would be getting my full and final only after 45 days from the date of resignation.
NOw please advise can I take any legal action against the company as I am very mentally depressed, if I can take steps against them, please advise.
I am attaching my offer letter which clearly states that it is valid only for 15 days but even after i worked there for more than 3 months they never issued any appointment letter, i can prove that i had worked with them as i got the resignation acceptance letter and the salary slip.
