A special issue of the "Official Journal of the Patent Office" (No. 36/2016) containing publications under section 11A of the Patents Act, 1970 will be published on 31-08-2016, thereby clearing the backlog of cases awaiting publication under the aforementioned provision (30 August, 2016)
