Can we object the Opposite parties Lawyer for proceeding with the case under RCR when he is criminal.
Convicted in the case of Murder. Also has 14 yrs imprisionment. Can we oppose him in court?
Also how do we get his Sanad Number???

no u can not. he is fighting means, either the conviction is set aside and he is on bail or he is acquitted
