RAMABALLABHA CHOUDHURY   11 April 2017

Opinion please

one dy. registrar of socities at Vasai rejected one appeal for membership under section 22 (2) of MCSA, 1960  from one person can he /she again after pass of one year allow one appeal under section 23(2) of MCSA 1960 from the same person, same advocate ? The first order is standing and not set a side or revoked. The revision application filed befroe divisional registrar at Kokan Bhawan and she denied the interim to stay the second order passed by the Dy. Registrar. She pass an order to transfer the records of the case to dispose finally to the Dy. registrar and the Dy. registrar have no respect to the Divisional Registrar, naither she respect her notice of appearence ................No case law found ..............Can one registrar can pass two orders for one appealant...thats the question.
