Overtime rules for private companies and how to file rti

Hi My husband is working as a asic verification engineer in Bangalore. He works for more than 12 hours per day.He also works in wekends if work is there but not paid for week ends.is it legal? Not paying for overtime.please help me frame this case.

Hi My husband is working as a asic engineer in Bangalore.. His office timings are 9.30 to 7.Due to work pressure he works even upto 12 or 1 midnight. Sometimes also on weekends. But no overtime payments given.how to overcome this problem please help me.

Download attendance record.

Also make bosses send you a wrfitten communique to work OT/extra.

Or downlaod evidence that you were asked to work OT/extra.

Then check if he is eligible for OT, as per service conditions applicable to him.
