Before 1947 year 4members are buying one area in those documents kept in one person. Remaining persons are some health issues expired not give documents in their generations. Whoever documents is there generation compain the case in that land owner of in that person only. In court case continuing. Some time won the case but different reasons repeat filing the case . Then last time won the case court said leave that place till govt provide the lands.
Not only my problem 3members generation people's are facing the problem. Please suggest the issue
