Owner is troubling me by secretly throwing my belongings

i live in a rented place. my house owner has kept her plant pots in from of my room. she comes daily to water them. meanwhile is she finds any of my belongings little or 1% damaged like "Broom, slippers, shoes, pipe" she throws them without my consent. if i ask her son he says it was damaged so she threw. 6 months before she had packed all my shoes sandals, slippers, (old&new) in a saxk and almost threw but i saw the kyda wala alog with ut i confronted her so i got my belongings,. She has thrown my 2 Brooms and one pipe recently in this week without my consent. this is so apalling. i am owner of my belongings if pipe has 2 cuts in it it doesnt mean that it should be thrown away. i am fed up from her. i wand justice. she should apologise and pay for the items she threw.

give a notice to her in writing. collect cost of damages of your belongings or else give a police complaint nearby

Better to avoid confrontation, settle the issues amicably or change your room.
