Owner take possession by breaking our lock

Hi.. two days back my owner break our lock & put his own... when I asked him he said we got the possession of your room through court.. I didn't leave in this room from last ten years as it's not in leavable condition. When I asked him to show the court order documents.. he denied to show & ask me to go to the court for same... Police too didn't support me.. Room is in Mumbai location & in Pagdi System law... Request you to guide me.. wht I can do now Thanks

Respected Sir,

One of the most convenient ways is to contact the local police authorities if they refuse then go to the higher-ranked officials. If that option also does not work file a suit in the court in whose jurisdiction the property lies. You can also ask the same court to show the previous order passed in favour of the land Lord.
