I am owner of an apartment complex comprises 6 flats - It was built buy a builder on a jointventure agreement between the owner and the builder.
The owner kept 2 flats and sold one to me in 2007 and sold the other in May 2012.
I enquired the recent buyer of the flat and came to that he got all the original and parent documents and handed over to the bank where he has taken the loan
All i know is that the documents belongs to all the owners and since we do not have association formed till date.
Please advice how to proceed to get the original documents from the recent buyer
