Parents exiled from home with dying son ?

MY MOTHER REMAINED A VERY DOMINATING LADY  THROUGHTOUT ALL HER HER LIFE. I AM THE ONLY SON WITH ONE MARRIED SISTER. MY MOTHER SPENT ALL HER LIFE IN DERAAS(RELIGIOUS PALCES). UNFORTUNATELY MY ONLY SON GOT BLOOD CANCER. AND MY MOTHER THROWN ME OUT FROM THE HOUSE.MY FATHER IS VERY INNOCENT AND CANT DO ANYTHING.EVEN MY MOTHER MISGUIDED MY WIFE AND SHE TOO LEFT ME. NOW I AM RESIDING SEPARATELY ON RENT WITH MY SON. I AM A GOVT. EMPLOYEE. MY FAHTER HAD RECEIVED THE RESIDENTIAL PLOT FROM MY GRANDFATHER AND CONSTRUCTED THE HOUSE HIMSELF I TOO HAD CONTRIBUTED A LOT.

1. DO I HAVE ANY SHARE IN THAT HOUSE NOW ?

2. IF YES THEN HOW CAN I CLAIM IT?

3. WHAT IF MY FATHER DISINHERITS ME THROUGH NEWSPAPERS LEGALLY ?

4. CAN HE SELL THE HOUSE OF TRANSFER THE HOUSE ?

Since it is your grand father house property, you have a right to claim after your father alive. You mentioned that you had contributions to the property. So you have to show the evidence for prove that you spend such amount for the property. And also you check up whether any will written by your grand father. The property shares according to WILL.
