Hello,

Can somebody please recommend me patent laywers in bangalore and /or lucknow.

Also wanted to know can I file it on my own? process details pls.

Yes you can file it on your own if you are from India nad have an address for correspondence in India . you just have to fill the required forms 1, 2, 3, and 5. That is all. Whatever other info u need . U may get on blogs etc..
