Which basic pay will be considered for pay protection in central govt lateral hiring if I have changed the employer between application end date and joining in the new post. While I have applied a post my basic pay was 86000 in Organization A, after that I have changed Organization B with basic pay 60000. Now I am joining in the new Organisation based on the experience of Organisation A, so will my last drawn 86000 basic pay will be protected or I will be given pay protection based on the Organisation B of basic pay 60000 only. There is no clear guideline about it in the Rule
