Pending for adminision - in high court

Hi sir

My wife had filed 498 case on me, parents, sister and bro-in-law, but my sister and bro-law are leaving in US since our marriage.

recently my lawyer applied for quash my sister and bro-in-law name from 498 casein high court of karnataka on april 4th 2018, still i see it says

PENDING FOR ADMINISION - kindly let me know what is this says. Kindly advice what will happen. and what should do further.

Dear Pasad,

That simply means matter is pending for hearing.

Ask your lawyer to get previous orders passed by the Court in your matter.

Get the matter listed for hearing.
