PF and Gratuity

Dear Friends,

In my current job, i m having a PF account in which a sum of money is banked. I want to quit the job and would not joining any where.

Kindly advise how to make this PF and gratuity fundable in cheque or any other form to me. Or its good to keep this retain with the current employer for which i will be no longer serving?

ALSO BRIEF ME ABOUT LIST OF DOCUMENTS I NEED TO COLLECT FROM THIS EMPLOYER. This could be helpful when i join any other organization.

warm regards

Dear Sir,

As you said you have been working, you can claim the pf from the exisiting employer by way

settlment by submitting Form 19 and Form 10 C or you can optionally transferred your existing

a/c through with the present employer.

But the Gratuity can be claimed the existing employer once you completed your confirmed

services five years or more. This Grautity you cannot calim from the present employer.

Regards.
